OhioHealth patients can self-schedule a COVID-19 test through their MyChart account.
When self-scheduling a COVID-19 test in MyChart, patients will be provided several COVID-19 testing locations to choose from. Walk-ins are not accepted.
All locations are drive-through, so you can stay in your car. Locations are open:
Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

COVID testing at OhioHealth Urgent Care Centers is limited to patients with symptoms.
COVID-19 testing occurs at an Ohio State primary care provider’s office or one of their Immediate Care locations. You must schedule an appointment to get tested. To schedule, log in to MyChart or call 614-293-4000.
Nationwide Children’s offers on site drive thru testing for children.
The drive thru testing site is on the Nationwide Children’s main campus. Testing is not offered at any of outpatient labs.
To schedule an appointment, call the COVID-19 Testing Line 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. during the week and 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. on weekends at (614) 722-2787.
You must have an appointment to receive a test.
Mount Carmel is currently offering COVID-19 testing at Mount Carmel East (Mondays-Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and at Mount Carmel Urgent Care Center locations.
