The video highlights the elements of a safe home sleep environment for newborns, the importance of not smoking in the house, and tips for keeping yourself alert and awake while caring for your baby. The video has also been translated into the 5 languages most seen in central Ohio: French, Spanish, Nepali, Somali, and Arabic.
